Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

sprouts

cup
avocado or melted coconut oil

tablespoons
balsamic vinegar

teaspoon
dijon mustard

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Remove core and outer leaves from sprouts. Slice into coins.
Combine remaining ingredients and toss with sprouts.
Add to baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
