Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sprouts
  • 1/4 cup avocado or melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Remove core and outer leaves from sprouts. Slice into coins.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and toss with sprouts.
  • Add to baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes.
