Seared Salmon

Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 2 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons butter, avocado oil or coconut oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium high heat.
  • Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Add oil or butter to pan and let it melt.
  • Add salmon to pan, skin side up. 
  • Sear for 5 minutes, flip and sear another 4 minutes or until desired level of doneness.
