cinnamon

vanilla extract

almond butter

milk

kefir or yogurt

frozen blueberries
Topping
fresh fruit
chopped nuts
Instructions
Layer all ingredients in a glass jar and then shake up to combine.
Store in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, stir to further incorporate and enjoy!
Notes
Frozen berries work best over fresh because you get some of the juice as the berries defrost overnight.
