Get Your Greens Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 1/2 cups; 1-2 people can enjoy

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup zucchini chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup greens  (spinach, kale, swiss chard, etc)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana frozen is best
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons collagen powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Optional toppings

  • kiwi fruit
  • pecans
  • hemp seeds
  • granola (low to no sugar ideal)
  • nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together, stirring as needed to fully incoporate.
  • Pour into a bowl, adding desired toppings and enjoy with a spoon.
