Get Your Greens Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 1/2 cups; 1-2 people can enjoy
- 1/2 cup zucchini chopped
- 1 1/2 cup greens (spinach, kale, swiss chard, etc)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana frozen is best
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons collagen powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ice
Optional toppings
- kiwi fruit
- pecans
- hemp seeds
- granola (low to no sugar ideal)
- nut butter
Blend everything together, stirring as needed to fully incoporate.
Pour into a bowl, adding desired toppings and enjoy with a spoon.
