Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unflavored plain kefir
  • 1 cup greens
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

Instructions
 

  • Use an immersion hand blender to mix and smooth the consistency. 

Notes

If your kids are used to really sweet stuff, you can always add more fruit. It is always better to add your own fruit to plain yogurt / kefir than to buy pre-flavored.
