Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

strawberries
fresh or frozen
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
Instructions
Mash 1 1/2 cups strawberries over medium low heat, with continuous stirring so they don’t burn.
Turn off heat and stir in 1 tablespoons chia seeds.
Store in fridge.
Notes
Great on yogurt, stirred into
overnight oats
, on top of waffles or pancakes, a spoonful on banana coins or as a homemade jelly for a PB & J.
