What’s in my freezer?

In this three part series, I will be highlight some of the foods I typically stock in my fridge, freezer and pantry.

  • Veggies: cauliflower rice, broccoli, okra, green beans, artichokes, peas, corn

  • Power greens (salad mix for smoothies)

  • Chopped zucchini (for smoothies)

  • Fruit: cherries, blueberries, strawberries, tropical

  • Avocado chunks

  • Wild caught salmon

  • Wild caught mahi

  • Wild caught shrimp

  • Avocados

  • Nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews, macadamia

  • Seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, ground flax

  • Almond flour

  • Frozen bananas (peel removed; added when starting to brown)

  • Cooked rice (prepared with Instant Pot and stored in 1-2 cup glass containers)

  • Cooked beans (prepared with Instant Pot and stored in 1-2 cup glass containers)

  • Whole Foods 365 cauliflower pizza crust

  • Bread: Rudi’s gluten free and Ezekiel sprouted

  • Siete tortillas

  • Kerrygold butter

  • Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi

  • Convenience patties: Dr Praegers, Hilarys, Don Lee Farms

  • Prepped food: waffles, pancakes, banana cookies, muffins, bagels, leftovers, various other quick meals / lunches

    such as meatballs, taquitos, egg burritos

  • Chicken (whole, thighs, breast, ground), ground beef, ground turkey, pork tenderloins,

  • Occasionally sweets: Johnny Pop, Good Pop
