For many years I have dreamed about how I could reach a lot of people and help them feel their best! When I became a Certified Health Coach, I knew one on one clients was not for me – at least not solely. I want to tell the whole world what I know, not just a few people! I put every ounce of energy into developing a program that I hope accomplishes that goal.
